1. Are your products authentic?
Yes! We are based in California, but we source 100% of our products directly from authorized distributors in the Philippines. We do not sell fakes or near-expiry items.

2. How long does shipping take?
Unlike ordering from overseas, we ship from Cerritos, CA. Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days via USPS or UPS.

3. Do you restock sold-out items?
We restock our best-sellers (like Luxe Organix and Snailwhite) every month. If something you want is out of stock, click the "Notify Me" button on the product page to get an email the second it arrives!

4. Do you ship to Canada?
Yes, we ship internationally! Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes due upon delivery.
