Shipping policy

Processing Time Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and packed. We ship orders Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship on weekends or holidays.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

• Free Shipping: We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75 (excluding taxes).

• Delivery Time: Once processed, standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

International Shipping

• Delivery Time: International shipments typically take 2–21 business days, depending on the destination and courier.

• Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices. PNY Beauty has no control over these charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages PNY Beauty is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are lost or stolen. Please ensure you have a safe location for delivery.

Incorrect Addresses Please double-check your shipping address before checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
