Refund policy

Our Guarantee We believe in offering only the best skincare and cosmetics brands. We want you to love your routine! If a product isn't working for you, we are happy to offer a 45-day return policy on eligible items.

Non-Returnable Items To ensure fairness, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance"

  • Kits and Sets (unless returned in full)

  • Limited Edition items

  • International Orders (All orders shipped outside the U.S. are final sale)

Condition of Returns We accept returns for products that are new or gently used (at least 50% of the product must remain). We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges in all instances.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact hello@pnybeauty.com with your Order Number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Get Your Label: We will email you a prepaid return shipping label.

  3. Pack It: Place the item in its original packaging (if available) or a sturdy box to prevent damage.

  4. Ship It: Print the label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at the carrier.

Refunds & Processing Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Please Note: The cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your final refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items & Insurance Claims If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and the damaged item. Email us at hello@pnybeauty.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.

Important: To receive a replacement or refund, you must submit a shipping insurance claim (we will provide the link/instructions). Once the claim is successfully submitted, we will immediately process your replacement.
