How to use:

Submerge the bath soak in a tub or basin of hot water (not boiling) for 10 to 15 minutes. This allows the natural herbs to slowly release it's extracts into the water like a giant bag of tea! Adjust the water temperature to desired and comfortable temperature by adding warm/cold water to the bath solution. Test the temperature with your hand before entering the bath solution.
