blk cosmetics Soft Blur Powder Blush is a finely milled pressed powder blush that applies sheer and builds. The finish is soft matte rather than flat — the mica and synthetic fluorphlogopite base diffuses light slightly, which is where the "soft blur" name comes from.
It's a dry-pressed formula with no talc, bound with caprylic/capric triglyceride and silica. That makes it blendable without being chalky, and it layers rather than gripping on the first pass — useful if you tend to over-apply powder blush.
Vegan and paraben free, in a 4g pan.

How to use
Tap a kabuki cheek brush into the powder and apply on the top of the cheekbones. Gently blend and layer to build intensity as desired.
