Fresh Beauty Tinted Jelly Lip Balm is a sheer tinted balm in four shades, built on a base of sunflower seed oil, castor seed oil, olive fruit oil, beeswax, and candelilla wax. Peppermint and cornmint oils give it a light cooling feel on application.
The formula is mostly plant oils and waxes — the brand puts it at 99% natural ingredients — which is unusual at this size and price. The tint is sheer enough to wear alone for a wash of color, or layered under lipstick or gloss.

How to use
Apply a thin, even layer then gently spread all over your lips. Re-apply as required throughout the day. Can be used alone or layered with lipstick or lip gloss.
